The Sanctuary and Family Life Center have been dedicated for use to the glory of God and are available for use by church members and the general public for weddings and as a fellowship center at times when church activities are not scheduled.

PAYMENT
Security Deposit and all rental fees must be paid to the Church Treasurer before a reservation is confirmed. Sanctuary rental fee includes the use of the Sanctuary the day before the event for decorating and/or rehearsal. A separate $25 tech/music fee will be added if required during rehearsal.
Two separate payments are required, one for the security deposit and one for the rental cost including any additional fees for maintenance and tech/sound, as applicable.
POLICIES
1. Renters will be responsible for leaving the Sanctuary and/or Family Life Center in its original condition:
· All windows and doors must remain closed at all times during event. Lock and secure windows and doors before leaving.
· Lights should be turned off upon leaving.
· All bathroom faucets must be turned off prior to leaving. Bathrooms are to be left clean, free of trash, with commodes flushed.
· No thumbtacks, staples, or any devices that would leave marks or holes in the walls, ceilings, doors or any part of the facility are allowed.
· Chairs and tables should be returned to their original configuration. DO NOT drag chairs or tables.
· All food particles should be removed from cabinets, stove, oven, chairs and tables.
· Spills should be cleaned as they occur, and floors swept when leaving. All janitorial supplies can be found in the men’s restroom closet.
· All trash and debris must be discarded in the trash containers outside or removed from the premises.
· The church does NOT furnish supplies such as cups, plates, napkins, etc.
· The use of the refrigerator is allowed; however, do NOT remove any food items or use any items in the refrigerators, including ice.
· Open flames are not allowed. Please use flameless wax sensor battery operated lights or battery-operated candle type light bulbs.
2. General Conduct
· Adult supervision is required always.
· No skating, dancing, horseplay, rough housing, or gambling is permitted in the Family Life Center or Sanctuary.
· No smoking, no alcohol or any controlled substance is allowed on the premises.
· No pets are allowed, except for licensed service animals.
3. Failure to adhere to any of the policies will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
The rental committee, on behalf of the church, reserves the right to decline requests for rental in accordance with church bylaws.
